Dominic is the founder and co-director of Shaw & Co, and has been a registered auditor since 2006. His vision of opening a professional accountancy practice with great customer service and clear, no-nonsense advice was realised when he established Shaw & Co. Dominic has extensive experience working with clients and businesses of all backgrounds, sizes and industries.

Dom lives in Norwich with his wife and daughter.

Will is co-director of Shaw & Co and is a key driving force behind fulfilling the Shaw & Co vision. He prioritises looking after his clients by providing an exceptional personal service.

Will lives in Norwich with his wife and daughters. When he’s not focusing on accountancy, he enjoys spending time playing badminton, practising his devastating smash shots on willing friends in casual matches.

Nicky has over 30 years of experience in accountacy. At Shaw & Co she applies her expertise to running the payroll team. She also provides bookkeeping support for clients in a range of sectors who use different cloud software.

Nicky lives with her husband and daughter. When she isnt working, Nicky enjoys spending time as a keen Zumba fitness instructor.

James is a senior accountant at Shaw & Co. He prizes building strong relationships with Shaw & Co’s wide-ranging clients. He is also Shaw & Co’s in-house accounting software expert, and is always on hand, ready to assist clients with their Xero queries.

James’ professional approach and attention to detail meant he was a natural addition to the team at Shaw & Co. He lives in Norwich with his partner.

Luke is a senior accountant at Shaw & Co and is passionate about using cloud accounting and automation platforms to help our clients to streamline their accounting processes. His keen attitude to astute accounting solutions meant he was a natural addition to the team.

When Luke isn’t assisting clients, he enjoys spending time supporting Norwich City Football Club. He lives in Dereham with his partner.
